Education plays an important role in physical therapy. The goal of physical therapy is to return you to your optimal function and strength, while educating you about your injury or condition. This allows you to independently maintain a healthy body and be able to achieve your personal fitness and wellness goals.

She practices living in the moment daily by taking time to slow down and enjoy our time on this earth. Music is a huge part of Lisa’s life, and having a practice that allows the music to guide your body through the poses is so harmonious. She is always smiling and laughing, and she is sure to make you do the same at least once during class. Lisa is on a mission to spread positive vibes and brighten your day, while leading you through a very well rounded practice with something for everyone. Using your own body to become stronger and more limber, while calming the mind during a musical journey, with anything from Tom Petty and classic rock, to Soul Music and throwbacks from any generation. Niccole has a movement science degree with a concentration in sports medicine with a physical therapist degree at Westfield State and Mount Wachusett. As a PTA, Niccole has experience treating patients with musculoskeletal and neurological disorders in the geretric and pediatric population. She specializes in LSVT Big to help delay the onset of Parkinson’s. She also specializes in Graston technique, Yoga, and Pilates mat and reformer. She loves to incorporate activities that patients love to do into her treatment sessions. She believes it is important to help patients get back to the activities they enjoy doing. When she isn’t working she is hiking, biking, skiing, surfing, doing yoga, Pilates or enjoying the beach!

Julia Marie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Senior Physical Therapist at Ability Allies. She specializes in the rehabilitation of geriatrics and neurological disorders, deconditioning, and rehabilitation status post-injury. Her experience includes acute in-patient rehabilitation, outpatient, acute Physical therapy in the hospital setting, and 12 years of management experience. Julia Marie focuses on gratitude as an important component in her everyday practice whether it be in yoga or working with clients, developing a report that allows them to meet their maximum potential whether they are 20 years old or 90 years old. At work, Julia Marie enjoys treating any neurological condition, debility, orthopedic (status post total joint surgery), empowering patients and colleagues to meet their potential, and helping patients increase confidence in their ability to thrive at any age. Natalie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Owner of Ability Allies.

She received her Undergraduate Degree’s in Rehabilitation Science with a Minor in Psychology while competing on the varsity field hockey team winning 3 conference championships and graduated with her Doctorates Degree in Physical Therapy while playing for the New England Regional and Olympic qualifier field hockey teams receiving the student athlete award for excellence in academics and athletics from Northeastern University in Boston Massachusetts.

Natalie has over 15 years of clinical experience with a variety of clinical skills, she is able to evaluate complex conditions and discover the root cause of disfunction in order to develop the most effective treatment plan for each patient’s individual needs.

Certifications and clinical knowledge include spinal and joint mobilization techniques using Hesch Method, Mulligan Mobilizations, therapeutic soft and deep tissue massage, dry needling, postural restoration, instrument assisted tissue mobilization (IASTM) in Graston and Cupping, therapeutic/sports taping, foot orthotic casting/molding, Craniosacral Therapy, and sport performance enhancement with preventative injury training.
