Natalie has over 15 years of clinical experience with a variety of clinical skills, she is able to evaluate complex conditions and discover the root cause of disfunction in order to develop the most effective treatment plan for each patient’s individual needs.

Sarah E Troost, B.S. in P.T. Graduated from University of Vermont, 1988. I Work 4 days a week in the Portsmouth office. T-F, 8-5.

I grew up in Northern Vermont but have been a Portsmouth resident since the early 1990’s. The Seacoast is where I have raised my family. I feel extremely fortunate to live in such a beautiful area.

I have worked in a variety of settings over the years, but my primary focus the past 30 years has been in Integrated Manual Therapy in the outpatient setting. I worked for Lighthouse Physical Therapy for over 25 years and am now carrying on the tradition with Ability Allies.

My areas of focus are Men’s and Women’s Pelvic Health; I have a Certification as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. A Certification as Pelvic Pro. I am a Bowen Practitioner Mods 1-8, SP 1 and 2. Areas special interest to me are the foot/ankle and breathwork/respiratory function.

What I love most about my job is that everyone is a puzzle and I love putting the pieces of the puzzle together to help people function better in their lives.

Core values that I try to abide by are to show compassion and kindness in my interactions throughout my day.

When I am not working, I love to be outdoors. I especially enjoy cycling or being on my paddleboard in the summer. Fall I enjoy hiking and in winter skiing and snowshoeing.
